Terms of Service & User Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the website, utilizing the manual surf bar, purchasing advertising credits, or connecting via the Telegram Mini App, you legally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and participate in advertising transactions or cashouts.

To preserve platform integrity and protect advertisers against artificial impression farming, only one (1) account is permitted per natural person, household, and physical IP address.

• Automated IP deduplication is active upon registration and authentication. Attempts to create multiple accounts from identical IP addresses are blocked.
• The use of commercial VPNs, anonymizing proxies, SOCKS5 tunnels, Tor exit nodes, or datacenter IPs to bypass fraud prevention or conceal geolocation is strictly prohibited. Members must connect using an authorized residential, business, or wireless ISP network.
• Dynamic IP rotation (e.g. Starlink, mobile cellular data, dynamic DSL/fiber) is natively supported. Each login dynamically validates connection health in real time without penalizing legitimate ISP address changes.
• Self-referring or creating dummy accounts to harvest welcome bonuses, manual credits, or referral contest rankings will result in instant termination of all related accounts and total forfeiture of balances.

RotateMySite operates as a genuine 1:1 manual traffic exchange. All traffic delivered through our platform must originate from active, living human surfers viewing websites in real-time.

• Surfers must personally observe countdown timers and manually solve anti-cheat icon verification challenges.
• The use of automated autoclickers, headless browser environments (Puppeteer, Selenium, Playwright), background iframe injectors, or macro scripts is grounds for immediate, non-negotiable account closure.
• Surfers must actively engage with verification checkpoints. Failing or circumventing anti-cheat challenges triggers security suspensions.

Because RotateMySite is an advertising delivery platform, members and surfers agree that advertising content must be allowed to render without interference.

• Users must configure ad-blocking software (including uBlock Origin, AdGuard, Brave Shields, AdBlock Plus) to whitelist rotatemysite.com.
• Surfing pages or completing offerwall activities with active content-blocking software will trigger warning shields and prevent credit accumulation.
• Attempting to alter client-side scripts, inject custom CSS, or tamper with ad detection elements is a direct breach of this agreement.

All websites, banner advertisements (468x60), and text link ads submitted to RotateMySite must undergo validation and comply with our safety standards. The following categories are strictly prohibited:

• Frame-Breaking Scripts: Any script attempting to break out of our surf frame, hijack parent window locations, or redirect the browser away from the rotator.
• Malicious Payloads: Malware, spyware, phishing portals, browser lockers, unauthorized crypto miners, or forced file downloads.
• Audio Violations: Auto-playing audio or video with sound that cannot be muted by the surfer.
• Illegal Content: Content that violates federal or international laws, promotes hate speech, violence, or illicit substances.

Websites violating these guidelines will be immediately removed, the submitting domain will be permanently blacklisted, and assigned credits will be confiscated.

To optimize rotation efficiency and preserve network speed, the platform enforces automated database lifecycle protocols:

• Default Slot Limit: Accounts receive 5 website campaign slots. Additional capacity may be unlocked in +5 slot bundles using earned manual credits.
• 90-Day Zero-Credit Website Purge: Any website that remains at zero (0) credits for more than ninety (90) consecutive calendar days is considered abandoned and will be permanently deleted from the database.
• 30-Day Unverified Account Deletion: Pending accounts that do not verify their email address within 30 days of registration are purged.
• 2-Year Dormant Account Purge: Inactive accounts showing zero login, surfing, or financial activity for more than two (2) consecutive years are purged with all associated records.

Traffic credits, banner impressions, and text link impressions purchased on RotateMySite are non-transferable digital service units designed exclusively for internal promotional utility.

• Payments processed via FaucetPay.io (supporting BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC, DOGE, TRX, BNB, SOL, MATIC, and other cryptocurrencies) are final and irreversible upon blockchain or ledger confirmation.
• Due to the immediate provisioning of virtual advertising credits and unrecoverable delivery of impressions, all purchases are strictly non-refundable.

Members can earn USD cash balances through daily surfing milestones, contest leaderboard bounties, and direct referral commissions.

• Cash withdrawals are disbursed exclusively to valid, verified FaucetPay accounts in cryptocurrency or USD equivalent.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum balance thresholds (typically $0.50) and administrative security review.
• RotateMySite reserves the right to audit member click logs, IP history, and verification tokens prior to releasing payouts. Fraudulent or bot-assisted activity forfeits all accrued balances.

RotateMySite and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding sales conversions, opt-ins, search engine rankings, or financial outcomes resulting from traffic exchanged on this platform.

In no event shall RotateMySite, its administrators, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our service.

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date on this page. Continued utilization of the service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if a violation of these Terms of Service is identified.
